General Terms of conditions of Paul Schopf Snooker

I. Scope
1. These terms and conditions apply to the sale in the shop of www.paulschopf-snooker.at. They are, as amended, content of the contract.
2. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products offered in the shop.
3. By purchasing a product in the shop, the buyer agrees to the currently valid terms and conditions.

II. Offers, conclusion of contract
1. The customer selects the desired product in the shop.
2. Then select the desired quantity of goods, confirm them and now the selected product will be added to the shopping cart.
3. The customer receives a list of the products placed in the shopping cart and can now pay with the button “Continue to checkout” via Pay Pal or credit card.
4. The customer receives an invoice shortly after payment.

III. Prices, shipping costs, delivery
1. The exercise books are available as a PDF download and therefore there are no shipping fees.
2. For the other articles, the respective postage fees (Austria) are added: Voucher for example: € 1.25
3. For international orders, higher shipping costs may apply. I ask for consultation by mail; office@paulschopf-snooker.at.
4. All prices include the statutory taxes and duties (according to § 6 UStG small business)

IV. Terms of payment
1. After receipt of payment you will receive the desired product. When purchasing training books, the download link is immediately available. When purchasing training vouchers, we ask you to calculate the duration of the mailing

V. Right of Withdrawal
1. You can cancel your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods at the recipient

VI. Applicable law
1. The contracts concluded between Paul Schopf Snooker and the buyer are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Austria.
